Restless Nights

I am on a mood stabilizer. This works good for me as my moods tend to shift uncontrollably, however it can cause restlessness at night. The hormones I believe are kind of the cause of this as anxiety seems to play a part. I have had more anxiety as my body tries to change, the same as we would go through as teenagers. Only in my case, it seems to go over board as I wind up staying awake most of the night. Other than that I don't think there is much going on with the hormones. A little awkwardness within me. I don't go anywhere without a bra as my boobs are now real, really small, but real nonetheless. I feel more awkward about my body or the way I look. I have noticed myself in the mirror and found depression as I still look like a guy but dress opposite. This causes extreme anxiety at times, and then the mood stabilizers take it to the max, pushing me into wilder dreams while still wide awake. This is no fun, but good for my writing, as when my mind leaves in that fashion, my soul comes alive.
